JOHN WRAGA, JR. Executive Director	As the Founder and Executive Director, John brings more than thirty years of hands-on aviation experience to the IFBOA pilot's seat... over twenty years in FBO management, nine years of airport management, and five years of FBO consulting.		"Our goals are: 1) To give independent FBO's the resources and buying power they need to compete in the marketplace, and 2) To help ensure a community focus, flexibility and the autonomy of a local business operator." -- John Wraga


JOHN GOGLIA President	An FBO owner for twelve years, John's leadership experience is a critical ingredient in designing IFBOA member service benefits. He defines the focus of his role as ensuring long-term success of independent FBO's by fostering programs that compete with the purchasing power of corporate industry giants. He is the Sr. VP of Aviation Technology Solutions.


BRIAN BATTY Board Member	Two decades of aviation industry experience mark Brian Batty's background, including line tech service in both airline and general aviation, flight instructing and college lecturing, corporate flying, plus safety and aircraft accident investigation. He currently serves a Manager of FBO Relations for NetJets, a Berkshire Hathaway Company.


FREDERICK C. FORD Board Member	Mr. Ford's expertise includes airport management and operations, airport marketing, air service development, air cargo and business park development, and airport funding. His career in airport management spans 38 years and includes management of airports ranging in size from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) International to Teterboro, NJ. His specialty is airport management, airport economic and business development strategies. Mr. Ford is currently Daedalus Aviation Strategies Managing Director.


TODD B. GUELICH Board Member	Todd holds a commercial license, multi engine and instrument ratings with over 3,000 hours. He gives a strong aviation insurance influence to the IFBOA Board, and an in-depth expertise on aviation legislation and regulatory issues through his congressional lobby efforts working with the FAA.


MICHAEL J. HARVEY Board Member	Michael is the Vice President of Global Trade Group, Inc. a leading aircraft parts distributor. In addition, he brings many years of aviation experience to IFBOA. His background spans a diverse range of responsibilities from sales and marketing, to executive roles in major overhaul, repair and distribution worldwide.


TODD E. MCGHEE Board Member	A highly respected authority in proactive threat mitigation strategies in over 20 years service with the Massachusetts State Police. Todd is president of Sentinel Interactive Training, and serves Logan International Airport as trainer of the Anti-Terrorism Unit.


DIANNE TARANTINO Board Member	Dianne brings nearly 20 years of general aviation experience to IFBOA. Prior to serving as a Regional Representative for Air Routing International, Dianne held key positions in corporate flight departments, charter and FBO operations. Her expertise in corporate aviator needs and customer service is unsurpassed.
