IFBOA Certifies Heritage Aviation Facility and General Manager

Bedford, MA - November 16, 2009

The Independent Fixed Base Operators Association (IFBOA) announced the certification of the Heritage Aviation FBO located on Burlington International Airport, Burlington, Vermont. In addition, the facilities General Manager, Rheal Gagnon, has been certified under the associations Certified General Aviation Managers (CGAM) program.

"This is a unique situation" says John Wraga, Jr. Executive Director, IFBOA. "This is the first time that we have certified the location and the general manager at the same time. The facility has met our standards for quality control, security and customer service. Mr. Gagnon was an essential part of meeting those standards and has successfully completed our general managers' certification program." continued Wraga.

Christopher Hill, President of Heritage Aviation says "This is an exciting time for our aviation family. In addition to our facilities and management certification, we are opening our new LEED certified 79,000 square foot complex, which includes on site renewable energy components and 30,000 square feet of hangar space."
