Wraga, Jr., Executive Director of the Independent Fixed Base Operators Association said, "The website, www.ifboa.aero is a work in progress and will continually evolve to meet the needs of members. Appointing John Goglia as President will give the organization a leader whose experience and reputation is renowned in the aviation community.
