Aircraft Parts Discount Program Lowers FBO Operating Costs

New Membership Incentive to Join Independent Fixed Base Operators Association

Members of the IFBOA (Independent Fixed Base Operators Association) can now cash in on an industry-first, across-the-boards discount program applied to all aircraft parts purchased by IFBOA Members from Global Trade Group, Inc. before midnight, New Year's Eve, next year!

The IFBOA, in conjunction with Global Trade Group, announced the discount plan today. Global Trade Group President Jim Oliviero explained, "As a Founding Member of IFBOA, this is simply our way of saying thank you to those who have joined us in demonstrating early-on support for this organization." Oliviero says he expects the discount plan to also serve as "added incentive to join IFBOA, and become part of the organization's strength-in-numbers platform." Global Trade Group will discount IFBOA Member purchases of aircraft parts by ten percent "for the entire year of 2008, starting today!" he says.

In response to the Global Trade Group offer, IFBOA President John M. Wraga, Jr., expressed "sincere appreciation for the Member discount arrangement" and said, "This is just the beginning of a long-term program we've designed to help independent fixed base operators reduce their overall operating costs." Wraga noted that this plan underscores IFBOA's commitment to an important part of their mission statement which is "to increase the profitability of Members through enhanced purchasing capabilities."
