What topics are included in the CGAM Test and Training Program?Employee relations, customer relations, community relations, marketing, fuel storage and delivery, security, environmental issues and processes, safety issues and procedures, airport operations, FAA regulations, service operations, general business operations and management, and other areas associated with both day-to-day and long-term planning of FBO facilities and service centers. What is the cost of these programs?The cost of the IFBOA CGAM testing is $375. The cost of the IFBOA CGAM Training Program is $995 and includes the IFBOA CGAM testing upon completion, plus individual and employer achievement certificates and use of designation initials. How long are these programs?The IFBOA CGAM testing takes approximately three hours. IFBOA CGAM Training is a 3-day Program.
